 The Dead Blonde Beauty
It was a late Saturday night it was pouring down raining and I….. Well I was just tired. The doctor say I have six weeks to live, I have stage 3 lung cancer. I knew something was going to happen soon though. Knock Knock Knock. Something was at the door. It was Blondie Charles.
She then said “She dead.” “Who” I said. “Ma sista.” She never could say anything right, which I loved about her because it was so cute.
“How’’ I said. “I found her in cold blood in her room. Someone shot her in the head.”
“I will find whoever did this to her.’’ a faint voice said. “Who said that’’ I said. “It’s me Clark”. Clark justified. I thought to myself it can’t be I thought he died. He then said “Did you miss me”
So Clark, Blondie, and I were on our way to her sister’s penthouse apartment, she was so rich so we knew our motive from the start. As we were searching for fingerprints I noticed a small twinkle in the corner of my eye. So I go to it. It was a 9mm slug bullet I thought to myself, yes we have a clue! All we have to do is go to the store the killer got this at and ask for past purchases by people. On the ride to our first store I realized this bullet was homemade so we can’t pinpoint a suspect.
Clark and I finally made it back to the apartment finally and as we were tossing around ideas about who might have killed Blondies sister Clark started to get beads of sweat on his nose. I couldn’t help to notice Clark’s hand was on his gun. I got suspicious and I walked over to him and said
“Hey you still have the gun from our old detective days?”
“Yes-s” his voice cracked. He was nervous I knew he did something wrong. I asked him “Can I see it” he gave it to me willingly. I unloaded it and found homemade 9mm slugs. When I saw it he jumped up out of his seat and ran.
I was chasing him all around town and finally he made a wrong turn in a dead end ally.
“Why’d you do it, you loved her” I exclaimed. “Because I wanted the money” he said. He then reached for his second gun and I shot him in his face.
I decided that my crime fighting days were over, and the cancer days were to. I was so happy about the news that I beat the cancer I asked Blondie to marry me. To myself I secretly felt bad for killing Clark, but I couldn’t figure out why. On our wedding day I don’t remember how excited I was. That happiness didn’t last long though because something bad happened. You know how I told you how I couldn’t tell why I felt so bad about killing Clark well I figured it out. Blondie then said
“It was me” and shot me. Oh still wondering what happened to Blondie well she’s in Mexico still running from the law.

The End
